These solutions will ultimately lead to a reduction in costs along with revenue opportunities largely unrealised to date and will be the core of our HoT offering.

He couples 20 years of computer networking experience with nearly a decade of work in Additive Manufacturing (AM) Technology, Applied Robotics and 3D Printing. Curtis conducts his research in cooperation with both industry and academia to create future materials, processes and equipment. His services have been sought out by General Motors, Magna Corporation and Clik-Clik to name a few.
For the past 10 years, Lindsay’s former training initiated from legal administrative positions in boutique and mid-sized law firms in Vancouver and with in-house legal counsel in London, England, focusing on corporate finance and securities work. Lindsay is our private placement and AGM queen and has rapidly developed excellent skills in drafting and handling complex transactions with ease and understanding.
Mr. Barnett has extensive corporate experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and Secretary with over 20 years of accounting experience serving both public and private corporations. His experience covers a wide range of companies producing oil & gas, resource & explorations, engineering, and research & development. Mr. Barnett is a member of the Certified General Accountants of British Columbia. In order to stay abreast of new business procedures, he has taken extensive business and accounting courses in addition to regulatory courses and workshops. In addition to overseeing the accounting functions within the Company, Mr. Barnett’s responsibilities include managing the annual audit, budgeting, preparation of financial statements and management discussions & analyses.
Jan’s experience comes from paralegal work in Vancouver law firms, with over 20 years in the industry. She branched out to form Take It Public Services Inc., now into its 6th year. Her focus is on exceptional quality and value of service, performance-driven, detailed and results-oriented, expediency, and wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry.
A diversified design engineering, construction and project management professional with over 23 years of experience in industrial gases. Enzo’s extensive experience in plant design, production, liquefaction, com-pression and distribution of hydrogen infrastructure assets has led to successful installations in nearly every Canadian province, California, Texas, Monterrey Mexico, Belgium and Shanghai, China. Throughout his career, Enzo has forged numerous relationships critical to the supply of hydrogen technologies; renewables, electrolyzers, fuel cells, composite pressure vessels, methane reformer technologies, clean biofuels, and cryogenic energy storage to name a few. In light of his vast experience, Enzo founded 1008 Energy Inc., a private consultancy focused on hydrogen technologies and supply initiatives.
An accredited, highly experienced chemical, cryogenic, process & electrical engineer who has led several successful green technology companies. Mr. Sengupta unites his experiences working across sectors to help large polluters integrate renewable energy with a focus on renewable and sustainable technologies. His dedicated work as a leading engineer and climate change expert has delivered several multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects including electric transit projects across North America.
Mr. Christopher Cherry has over 14 years of corporate accounting and audit experience. Mr. Cherry has extensive corporate experience and has held senior level positions for several public mining companies including Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary. Mr. Cherry is a CPA having obtained the Chartered Accountant designation in February 2009 and the Certified General Accountant designation in 2004. In his former experience as an auditor, he held positions with KPMG and Davidson and Co. LLP in Vancouver, where he gained experience as an auditor for junior public companies, and an IPO specialist.
